This session explores how the Parent Liaison role in Anderson One supports multilingual families by bridging cultural and educational gaps through strong partnerships with teachers, counselors, and caregivers. Participants will learn about the district’s cultural diversity, the four key focus areas: communication, advocacy, engagement, and newcomer support, and how these efforts nurture the whole child. Attendees will also gain practical tools and strategies to confidently collaborate with families and foster inclusive, supportive learning environments.
