Participants will gain a better understanding of best practices and methods in relation to formal evaluation based on the NIET's 4.0 rubric for teacher effectiveness. This rubric can be a challenge for related arts teachers, but with the provided tools in this session, participants and learners will master achievement of the outlined goals.
