I currently serve as the Induction Coordinator and a recruiter for Anderson School District One, where I have the privilege of supporting and growing the next generation of educators. I firmly believe that students deserve teachers who love what they do and bring genuine passion into the classroom every day. In my work, I like to say that I’m searching for “Michael Jordans” every single day, educators with heart, drive, and the potential to be truly exceptional.
