About me
Heidi is a veteran Special Education teacher who is passionate about ensuring that all students have access to the curriculum, regardless of disability or ethnicity. Having taught in multiple states, and multiple classroom environments, Heidi has worked with some of the most challenging students in the building - and some of the most memorable. She is passionate about using technology in ways that can enhance the students' learning, but is equally passionate about creating moments for collaboration and purposeful interaction. Heidi loves her dog Gus, all things Detroit, and thinks that you can learn everything you need to know about life from the Golden Girls!
